News Blitz: Roster Cuts – August 28th, 2016
The Panthers have announced their first cuts as they trim the roster to NFL-mandated 75 by 4PM Monday. Among those cut:
- Charlotte natives WR Avius Capers & TE Braxton Deaver
- OT David Foucault
- WR Miles Shuler
- East Carolina alum OT Willie Smith
